1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by PriMax Cloud ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Services

PriMax Cloud provides website design, web development, IT consulting, and related digital services. Our service tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) include specific deliverables as outlined in your project agreement. All projects include our Core Promise: SSL certificate, lifetime digital license, mobile responsive design, and SEO-ready foundation.

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined during the consultation phase and documented in a project agreement before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is transparent and one-time unless otherwise specified. Starter ($499) and Professional ($1,499) tiers are fixed-price. Enterprise projects are custom-quoted based on scope. Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement.

Hosting fees, domain registration, and third-party services are not included in our development pricing unless explicitly stated.

4. Lifetime Digital License

Upon full payment, you receive a lifetime digital license to the website code and assets we create for your project. This means you own the code permanently with no recurring license fees. This license does not cover third-party themes, plugins, or stock assets that may have their own license terms. Hosting fees remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you upon full payment. PriMax Cloud retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with your permission). You are responsible for providing any brand assets, content, and images needed for the project.

6. Support & Maintenance

Each tier includes a post-launch support window: 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Professional, and as defined in your agreement for Enterprise. Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original scope. Major feature additions or redesigns outside the original scope are quoted separately.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, brand assets, and content as outlined in the project timeline. Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline. Clients must maintain their own hosting, domain renewals, and any recurring third-party subscriptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PriMax Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers or services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
